Dricast Covers, are made from latex rubber, (like balloons) or like some ladies have suggested (a large condom),that are shaped to fit either the arm or leg. To fit the Dricast over the plaster cast and to avoid the posslble tearing while pulling the cover on or off, fold the opening over twice while stretching over the cast. (The cast maybe be rough and should be smoothed with sandpaper or similar, this is most necessary with fibreglass casts.) As you will see on the mail order form, there are adults and children's sizes of both arm and legs. Seal before bathing or swimming. Remove excess air to ensure a watertight seal. (1) As Dricast goes under the water, air rises to the top of the cover. (2) Before the top is under water, pull Dricast top away from the skin, releasing trapped air. (3) Allow the cover to seal around skin again to ensure a watertight Dricast.
